Law Clerk
Grace joined McEldrew Purtell during her second year at Rutgers Law School. As a law clerk, Grace was able to assist on many of the firm’s high-profile cases, including as part of the litigation team that secured a $15.6 million verdict in August 2021. Grace continues to assist our attorneys within our civil rights, catastrophic injury, and products liability practice areas.
Grace graduated from Ithaca College in 2018 with a degree in Politics and Economics, and while there she was a member of the mock trial team and the equestrian team, as well as a substitute teacher at a local school. She received her law degree from Rutgers Law School in 2022. During her time at Rutgers, Grace volunteered with the Camden County Bar Association, served on the board of the Association of Public Interest Law as the Mary Philbrook Chair, and worked as a domestic violence advocate where she represented clients in court in their pursuit of restraining orders.
Before joining our team, Grace interned for the Honorable Judge Zahid Quraishi of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Honorable Judge Jacqueline Cody of the Chester County Court of Common Pleas.
