Dan has spent most of his 20-year career fighting for catastrophically injured individuals in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has successfully litigated cases involving premises liability, construction, workplace, auto and trucking accidents. Dan is known for developing a strong bond with his clients and their families and tirelessly championing for their rights to justice.
Prior to joining McEldrew Purtell, Dan spent a decade at a prominent Philadelphia Plaintiffs law firm where he was instrumental in securing millions in recoveries for his clients. He was also an active participant in the lawsuit to battle the opioid epidemic in Pennsylvania.
Dan's passion for workers’ safety originated at home. He comes from a union family with two brothers still active in the labor movement. He frequently provides lectures to labor organizations on workplace safety and a wide range of legal topics to help his community stay informed about how to stay protected both on the job and in a court room. Dan is a graduate of the University of Delaware and Rutgers Law School.
Outside of work, Dan is an avid Philadelphia sports fan, a love he inherited from his father. He loves the beach, live music, golfing and reading. Above all, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Paula, and their three children.
