McEldrew Purtell's Rapid Response Team was created to secure the best interests of our clients and partners by providing real time investigation of serious events that cause life altering injuries or death. These are high-stake investigations, where crucial evidence can be lost before it is known to exist or properly preserved. Cases are made and lost at this stage.
The RRT is managed by Dan Purtell, Esq., and Danielle Duffy, Esq., along with other attorneys depending on the subject matter of the case, with support of Jessica Colehouse - paralegal, Sharon Davis - nurse and Howard Peterman - investigator. Our team starts work immediately to engage the appropriate experts, preserve the scene of the event and to identify all potential defendants. The goal being to preserve all available evidence and place all defendants on notice within 48 hours of being retained. We then work towards a timely scene inspection with our experts. The goal of the entire team is to protect our clients' interests.
