Jon Rubinstein focuses his practice on the representation of individuals and their families in a range of personal injury and wrongful death litigation, particularly in the areas of product liability, work-related incidents, medical malpractice, asbestos and toxic exposures, civil rights violations, and negligence. He also serves as Judge Pro Tem in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.
Prior to joining the firm, he worked at a prominent plaintiffs’ firm in Philadelphia with a focus on all types of personal injury and wrongful death litigation, securing multimillion-dollar awards for his clients across the country. Prior to moving to Philadelphia, Mr. Rubinstein worked at Sullivan & Brill in New York City, where he represented plaintiffs and defendants in all types of personal injury and civil rights cases. Mr. Rubinstein also served as Assistant Corporation Counsel to the City of New York, representing City agencies and employees in tort cases.
Mr. Rubinstein holds a B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University (2005) and earned his J.D. from Cardozo School of Law (2008) with a concentration in litigation. He also serves as a Judge Pro Tem and Arbitrator in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
